Motor from Japan

i was told that all motor come from japan have no more then 40 thousand miles on them, is it true? could someone please fill me in?

yah pretty much unless your gonna shop around alot and spend alot (which in that case it would be cheaper to buy one with 40k and after 90k rebuild it)
