2K1 Civic Spring upgrade

tomorrow night i'm switching my factory springs for some Sprint springs... i could use some input.

has anyone done this to a 2K1 Civic? i've been told that it's different than the older Civics... the springs are different and the removal is different. will i still need a spring compressor? any constructive input would be appreciated.

Your always going to need a spring compressor. As for dropping it itself....i think it might be a little different than the 5th or 6th gen but everything should relatively be the same.
