Its your car, we can't tell you what to do to it. Do what you wish, or at least tell us what your looking for (horsepower, looks, etc).

Re:

hehe yeah, Basically as far as performance wise I'd look into a turbo kit, exhaust system, Get some suspension stuff, Intake etc. yada yada. (Go to neon forum for specific stuff :P)
Also If you're thinkin body stuff theres a good deal with what you can do with neons from what I've seen, just don't try to make it look like an srt-4 :P

And don't get larger than 18" rims either And please don't get a 2 foot spoiler

I'd suggest lowering the car a bit also, as They don't really require that much clearence, then again if you're a pretty tall person you may not want to do that, just get some body kits to make it Appear lower :P

Mindblank that's all I can think of ATM I'd really suggest going over to the neon forums, prolly under dodge. They "Should" be quite a bit more knowledgeable.

hahn turbo kit www.hahnracecraft.com
actually, don't go bigger than 17's on rims, 18's are too heavy for the torque that a neon makes.

Re: i need sum heeeelp

Auto or manual? Auto=sell. Manual=learn to drive it well. A good all-around tune up would be a good idea. Buy all the good stuff for the tune up. Mobil 1 oil, NGK spark plugs, can of carb cleaner, and go to work. A K&N drop in is a good idea while you save or wait for parts. Mileage? Research is the best thing to do for now. You definately need to learn about turbos if you plan to install one. The Forced Induction forums are a great place to start. Read the stickies there. Good luck.
