Help!! '98 2.2L S10

Here is the problem...my S10 engine shuts down on me. I've had just about every sensor and filter on it changed in the last 2 wks. I have had the alternator and battery changed twice. So today I went to an electrical shop to get the codes pulled. $50 bucks later the PCM is giving a P1632 code. Basically my truck thinks I am stealing it. Is there any way of resetting or fixing this problem?

Have you had the ignition switch and neutral safety switch checked?
If not you may want to. You may also want to try a second key. Sounds crazy, but you might be surprised.

No, I have not had the switches checked. But I have tried using a second key and it was a no go.
