Re: flashing headlights

If you have vehicle theft security you would need to close all doors and cycle the key in the drivers lock cylinder.

Re: flashing headlights

Put the key in the drivers door and turn it to lock and then to unlock.

Post Re: Re: flashing headlights

Oh, OK> Sorry for the stupid question. I tried that, still no luck. I failed to mention that the inside lights were also flashing:a/c, wipers and recirc> I read in one if your other replies that when the inside lights...air condition, recirc, & wipers were flashing, was to try to reset them, by pushing two buttons at the same time...recirc and A/C, I did just that and got the multiple lights to quit flashing, but still have the a/c and recirc light flashing. My air condition is not blowing real strong. I think it could use a shot of freon. I had some put in a few moinths ago and it ran out already. My friend said it may have a blockage in the line or something. Does this sound like it may affect it?
Do you htink if I try the I4 Code you mention in previous messages, it may fix the headlights?

thanks so much for your help!

Re: flashing headlights

I'm not sure what you mean by the I4 test? The ac lights are still blinking because you still need to perform a ac cooldown test.

CALIBRATION/DIAGNOSTICS TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TESTS:
Set Blower motor ON HIGH
Set Mode position to Panel
Open all A/C outlets
Set Temperature to Cold (Both slide pots if equipped)
Depress WASH and REAR WIPER button simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds
Calibration Test is running when REAR WIPER and INTERMITTENT are alternately flashing. Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
Acceptable results is REAR WIPER LED is the only LED flashing. Push Rear Wiper to exit.
After all tests have passed, Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown can be run separately.
