Upgrading Question for those who Know

I'm Driving a Lancer LS, and I want to upgrade it to maybe a turbo, super, maybe both, and I need a little advice, on what I should do. Should I go to my Dealership (if they can help), or wait for the Garages. Also what kinda of price am I looking at, and what would I have to replace.

the dealership offers no upgrades regarding turbos or superchargers. as of right now neither does hks or anyone else. the us 4g94 is in no way compatible to the japanese 4g93, but if you look hard enough you could probably find something that will fit from the 2.0 mirage, and waiting is never an option, unless you're waiting for the next paycheck. i would suggest putting on an air intake, exhaust, upgrading the suspension and getting bigger wheels and tires than your stock lancer has, and maybe even getting a functional evo replica hood, then see what you wanna do from there.
