Angry License plate cover

Anyone know how to remove the BMW license plate cover? My state requires to have a front license plate and it doesn't seem easy to take off.

Just an update...you guys didn't know what you were talking about or didn't understand the question. The dealer took the cover off for free because it is glued on.

Re: License plate cover

We still dont know what your talking about. Is it the rectangle frame that goes around the plate that says a dealer or something?

Or is it where the plate screws onto? The bracket on the bumper?
