Question heat shield

hey i was driving down the road today and the people behind me were flashing their lights so i pulled over and looked at my tail lights looking to see if one of those were out or if they were stuck on but that wasnt the probem so i keep driving and i hear the normal rattle im so used to hearing and i think to my self whats this rattling noise and i looked under the back of the car and the heat shield was laying on the exhaust and no clips or plugs or whatever holding it up anymore and it was sliding around on the exhaust. so my question is do any of you know a way to get it back up? is their a certain kind of clip or bolt of something that i can use to get it back up where it belongs?

by the way i have a 1992 oldsmobile eighty eight royale

thanks
