77 f-150 4x4 Brake Problem.
I was out riding the other night after what was left of Hurricane Frances came through (lots of mud!!) and noticed that after driving for a little while, the left front brake was hanging. It seems to only do it when the truck had been driven several miles. At the end of the night, it was hanging soo badly that I could hardley get it to move. It got so hot that the small axle seal leak I have became a fire!! (glad im a firefighter) After letting ti cool down, it was fine on the way back to the house. I havent driven it since but I think its the caliper..
Any other suggestions?

Re: 77 f-150 4x4 Brake Problem.
When the brake is "hanging up" you need to crack the bleeder. If the brake lets go then it should be the rubber hose. If still hangs then probably the caliper or frozen hardware on it...
