Mitsubishi manufatured the very first japanese car. As a company Mitsubishi is huge, they own the Japanese market for heavy machinery much like Caterpillar in the U.S., they make medical equipement, research and salvage equipement and are even involved in food processing. Most people only think Mitsubishi makes cars but Mitsubishi Motors is a very tiny branch of the actual Mitsubishi company. Also the whole Pearl Harbor thing was a well plotted 100 year old revenge according to a story I heard. As it turns out back around 1840 the American naval fleet held the Japanese harbors at gun point and force the nation of Japan to open thier shores to foreign trade. Japan wanted to be left alone and hated the idea of mixing thier pure and nobal way of life with barbarians but the americans would not leave, eventually Japan surrendered and the rich culture of the Japanese people was poisoned by degenerate traders from other countries. 100 years later Japan sought out thier revenge at Pearl Harbor. I dont know how much of this is true but about 3 or 4 years ago I visited Osaka and a buddy of mine told me the story, I realy dont give a hoot about the past but thats what I heard from a drunk ass Japanese highschool kid, he laughed and said "in the end those americans got us good, we thoguht they'd wait 100 years to get revenge too but....well......guess not!"
