idle is very bad....please help, any ideas?

hey guys, just to update what I have done to my car so you can more easily diagnose the problem.

1997 eclipse gs-t
engine mods:
1) NGKBPR7ES sparks plugs and accel wires (8.5)..plugs installed 15,000 mi ago
2) vrs 3" turbo back exhaust with ported o2 housing
3) K&N filter with dejon tool intake pipe
4) big SBR 2g intercooler
5) Greddy type s bov (yes it is vented but when i had it dumping back into the intake it had the same problem)...side note: what is the best to use when re-routing the dump tube, now that i cant use the stock one because the bov is in a much different location?
6) t-25...yes the t-2small is still on my car as funds ran out after the intercooler was put on.

could it be:
a) not getting enough fuel or to much? (the a/f gauge as u all know tells me nothing)
b) spark plugs need to be changed and the accel wires are junk to begin with
c) i dont know thats why i came here......lol

I have reserched alot but i cannot figure this out and its geting really annoying that i always have to give throttle when im at a stop so it doesnt putter at 200 rpm and die...

any help is appreciated!
