Stalls often

I have a 1992 Cadillac Deville and it is stalling often. I'm not sure what the problem is. Can anyone give me a list of things to check. Thank you.

Try cleaning the throttle body with some tb cleaner

I had the same problem with my '99 Eldorado, it stalled at about 30 mph often and I took it to Cadillac 3 times and all they could tell me is that they could tell by the computer that it had stalled. I finally took it to my local mechanic who found that it was something in the exhaust system with butterfly in the name. Sorry I can't be more specific than that but he charged me $50 to clean it and I haven't had that problem since.

when does it stall? Most of the time a car stall's the first thing to check for is the fuel filter.Try replacing it and let me know if that help!!! They cost anywhery from 3.00 dollars to 15.00 dollars a service person will charge you about 30.00 to 60.00 bucks to replace it for you,good luck!!!
