HICAS Light Still Playing Up????

To All

I hope someone can help with this.
After installing a MOMO steering wheel I noticed the HICAS light would intermitantley turn on while driving. Usually about 20-30min, then after turning the car off and then on it would go away. In thinking it was the boss kit I went back to my original Skyline steering wheel and it still seems to be doing it. Any ideas on what it could be? This never happened until changing the wheel.

Thanks
Rod.

hicas light

I too have encountered the dreded hicas light....I have been advised that it is an aftermarket steering wheel that is the cause of my problem and that it is only a sensor it will not affect my performance or hicas steering. Apparently the sensor wires can be disconnected at the fluid resiviour.
