88 Caprice Vehicle Emission Control Information

Dear Forum,
I have a 88 Chevy caprice cop car. It has a 350 w/quadrajet carb. The car is from Texas, and the Vehicle Emission Control Information label is so faded that I cannot read it. All repair books refer to this label. Does anyone have this same car that could take a picture of it for me or photocopy it? I checked with the dealership, they discontinued it. I searched ALL-DATA, they also refer to this label. I guess I am screwed unless one of you can help me out. Thanks, ss454spl.
