Sentra Flooded during hurricane

My brother has a 1992 Nissan Sentra which got flooded during hurricane Ivan last week. Water came up about 2 feet. The car turns over not but will not crank. He has changed the fluids and cleaned the dristributer out to ensure it is not wet and it still will not crank. Could someone please point me in the direction of what to look for now, he does not know where the computer or any other electronics are that might have been submerged. He would post this but they do not even have electricity yet much less internet.

Thanks a bunch,
Jeremy

Updated 1992 not 1992

Upated information

It is a 4 door, automatic 1993 not 1992. He has all the interior out and cannot find the computer, he thought it might be under one of the seats.

the computer should be behind the center console, behind the stereo, on a metal bracket. A thick wire harness runs to it. 2 phillips screws on each side hold it down. do a mode II self-diagnostic and see what codes are thrown.
