Help find part? Number and picture included

Hey guys,
I didnt get a reply to my previous post and didnt have time to go to our mechanic (also it is not something Id probably even care to go to him for).

I backed up into a telephone pole and unaligned rear right bumper cover part (see picture). Some paint got chipped off and it is unaligned a bit but still bothers me.

I climed under the car today and got the following numbers from it:
VT 3806
P/N 897209026
R.H.



I cant find the part anywhere and cant even find it on ebay (I actually seen them there before). What Im looking for is to find a silver part thats identical and replace my current one.

If you can help in any way or recommend some place to call up or give me a ballpark figure how much it would cost, please reply.
