Ghost in the Shell 2

I don't know how many of you are anime fans on here... but incase you didn't know, Ghost in the Shell 2 is out in theaters now!
Went to see it Saturday night, and I have to say, it is one amazing movie!
The visual effects and animation is better than in most live action movies.
I took my girlfriend with me to see it... and she is NOT an anime fan at all, and she still LOVED it... she said it's one of the best movies she's seen in a LONG time, and I have to agree with that.

Ghost in the Shell 1 wasn't all that great in my eyes, but Ghost in the Shell 2 is an animated masterpiece. 5 years in the making, and you can tell!

Only problem is, it's only playing at art house type theaters right now. And as expensive as it was to see the first time around, I'm going again on my next day off to watch again!

Viewers beware... it's in the original Japanese... although there are english subtitles... a little gets lost in the translation, so you might find yourself a little confused at times, but oh well... not always direct translations for everything

Re: Ghost in the Shell 2

"when machines learn to feel, who decides what is human" wasn't that the tag line in Blade Runner like 20 years ago?
