caster for '97 SC1
I just got an alignment for my '97 Saturn SC1.
SEARs said that they adjusted the caster as far as it would go and that it was within tolerances, but, that if I had to have it done again they would have to elongate the bolt adjusting holes in the strut tower. They said that the next alignment would be free if I had to do it within six months and that the only fee would the hole grinding. Question: Has anyone run across this before? Thanks, Kerry |

Re: caster for '97 SC1
alignments can be a pain if the tech doesn't know who to do it right. i would talk to your SATURN dealership before having SEARS grind your towers(i have never heard of it and i doubt doing it would be a good thing)

Thanks sierrap615
Small problem, no Saturn dealer/service here on the BIg Isle. Perhaps another reader here will have heard something about it. Thanks, Kerry |
