fuel pump 1994 cutlass supreme

After replacing the starter on my 1994 Cutlass Supreme, the fuel pump does not seem to be functioning. Does anyone know if there is a fuel pump reset on this model and where it might be?

There is a wire hanging free next to the air cleaner box.
stick a pin or small nail in the connector and touch it to a good ground.
Use a wire if you need to streach it to a ground.
You should hear the fuel pump run.
Don't worry, the pump will return the fuel to the fuel tank since the fuel pressure regulator is shut.

Re: fuel pump 1994 cutlass supreme

Thanks for the info. We tried that and the fuel pump is working. Someone else suggested that the Theft Detection system my need to be reset. We bought this car used and do not have the owner's manual. Anyone know how to do this?
