Pass code starter relay Q

Can someone describe the pass key decoder on this car- in it a black box that says united technologies?
. Also i am looking for the "starter enable relay". I am looking ot bypass this.
What does that look like and where is exactly it located??? The book says it it on the left side of I/p. bought a vats kit for the fuel. Thanks in advance

i have a 94 grand prix and the starter enable relay is a little square relay it was 12.50 at autozone and mine was located behind the glove box up behind pass. side air bag. there are a few years were it ison left side of the i/p
