1992 RS Price

i want to sell my 1992 rs 305 v8 tbi camaro to hoepfully fund a first gen project for this winter

i dont have a dig camera so i cant upload any pics but its a 1992 rs has 198,000 miles, the only rust is a quarter sized spot on the drivers door, other then that the bodys is great shape, the interior is a 9/10 no tears on seats or nothing the only bad part of the interior is the carpet where someone spilled some oil buts its coverd by floormats

it has the stock cd player, power rear hatch, power win, power locks, ac, pretty much every option for a 92 rs

now the big problem, i did the headgasket in june but its already leaking again so that will have to be done

i paid 1200 in june and put about 500-600 into the car

so what woukld be agood price to ask

also looking for a 1st gen project, i would prefer a 1969 but 67-68 is ok
would be willing to trade above car, or trade and give money if 69 project is worth more then rs

i can deal with fenders and quarter panels but any rust in the doors i would rather not deal with, dont need to have an engine, already have a few of those sitting collecting rust

just the project car of the 67-69 is more than a fully rebuilt 92 rs

well the engine actually runs great, if its running hot and i add some antifreeze i dont have to ad anymore for sometimes like a week and a half-2 weeks so its a slow leak, it fiires right up, and i drive it to school every day

well like most 92 camaros from mich the paint is a little faded in some areas like the rear, but overall id give the paint/bodya 7/10 theres a rust spot on the drivers door but thats about it,

interior is great besides the carpet theres a tear on the drivers seat about a cm long and thats it, headliner dont sag or anything like that

oh and the guy i bought it from got rid of the hood release latch and added hood pins , its pretty pointless but he did a good job

shit i would have thought at least 1500, i mean if u know what your doing fixing the headgasket would cost you maybe 200, and then u got yourself a pretty good looking 92 rs for around 1700, besides the head gasket the cars in great shape, i guess i wont sell it then if im going to loose 800

still looking for a 69 project car though, email [email protected]
