would MR2 turbo engine fit "2003 Hilux"

My brother is going to put MR2 engine "JDM turbo" in his 2003 hilux ,5 speed M/T .His stock engine is 2.7L with 240 Nm and 155hp.
the JDM MR2 turbo is 2L with 290 Nm and 200hp

so its lighter ,more power and more torque
What we want to know ,is swapping MR engine to RWD car simple or it has some difficulty??
