Code P1128

I own a 2000 VW Jetta GLX, 2.0 Engine. I have replaced the Catayltic Converter and both front and rear Oxygen Sensors. I am still getting Code P1128 coming up that states "Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering". I need information on how to correct this problem.

Every time I've seen that code it's the Mass Air Flow sensor. Plenty of threads on that subject are in here.
