EJ22T motor swap into '92 legacy

I have a 92 legacy with a motor that will need to come out soon. After a little bit of research I found a JDM EJ22T out of the 98 WRX. I was hoping to get a little more information on all components of this swap. a few basic questions:

(most importantly) would it be possible to dress the engine up as the EJ22T out of the 1991-1994 USDM turbo legacy?
would a USDM turbo legacy hood w/ scoop work well enough to feed to TMIC?
what kind of HP/Torque could I expect?
how long with the N/A drivetrain stand up to this kind of abuse?
how difficult is the swap in general (just engine, not wiring)?
can i use the existing wiring harness, just adding on the boost sensors and stuff? or should i get the turbo WH?
anyone know where to source one of these cheap? maybe with trans and wiring harness?

anyone done this yet? what can you share with me? thanks in advance for all your help.

What Trannie do you have? If its manual you might want to think of upgrading it. If its AutoMatic it should handle it NP.

you say you found a 98 EJ22t? i didn't think the WRX had anything but the EJ20t?

I wouldn't do a engine swap without the Harness from the JDM engine.

I believe the WRX uses a different transmission than the Legacy. Depending on what's available in Japan you might need to swap in a new transmission. Nolanslv is right. Get a wiring harness for that motor. It will be a difficult enough swap even with one. If not plan on some extra time to spend sorting the wiring. I've heard that the engine management requirements for the turbo motors are alot different and would require a bit of creativity to get them to work in a non-turbo Legacy.
