Ram Air Box w/K&N Filter

I have an '02 Firebird.

I plan on getting a WS9 Ram Air hood. I know the hood will fit. I've already tried it.

But if I purchase an Air box, will that "bolt" right on? I have the 3.8L V6.

I need to know by 2pm EST, so the quicker the answers, the better. Thanks for any help in advance.

P.S. My personal opinion, I think the Ram Air box will fit. I'm just looking for some re-assurance. gracias

if you menat the ws6 ram air hood then yes it will fit
its the same intake on both v6 and v8
i had ram air on my 99v6
