CDT Audio EF-61i's or CDT Audio HD-62's???

Alright, I talked to an authorized dealer from another forum and he said for $235 I could get the EF-61i's with the 560's and the 1 inch silk tweeters (which I want). He also said for $300 I could get the HD-62's, which come with the 560's and 1 inch silk tweeters. Are the HD's worth $65. I'd like to hear from owners of the Ef's as well as owners of the HD's. I don't need competition sound just good sound. Please don't ask about Amp... that will come later depending on what I get. Any suggestions on an amp for either would be appriciated, under $250.
