I'm thinking to buy like a 92' civic si, and im wondering how much horsepower i can get if i upgrade the engine with an intake, exhaust and other things.

Also, would it be better to put a turbo in it or a header instead? What would be the advantages/disadvantages of both?

I can't tell you exact horsepower changes, but definantely do Intake Exhaust and headers before you would think turbo

as for advantages and disadvantages....well the advantages are that they all give horsepower increases...disadvantages include turbo lag (if you would turbo) and spending a good deal of cash

what are the "other things" you asked about? intake and exhaust could give you AT MOST, 15 HP depending on what intake and exhaust you get.
