whites smoke coming out the muffler

ok the other day i noticed whit smoke coming out my beby and this morning when i went to back it out a bigg puff of whit smoke came out now think its a gasket or should i be worrying about the seals?

Head gasket. It's the #1 place coolant gets into your cylinders. What kind of car do you have?
