Unhappy Diagram of the electrical wires

Ford Tauruses were not intended to be used as boats. I was swamped one stormy evening in a large puddle that can be described as a small lake. The fact that the engine is destroyed actually doesn't trouble me too much as my insurance would be willing to help me with the replacement of the engine. My problem is that some water did come in through the doors. My insurance company will not guarantee my electronics nor will any of the car garages in town. I need to either see a diagram of where the wiring in a '98 Taurus runs under the carpet. If the more vital cables run down the center I will be able to be reunited with the car that I love...if I have as unfortunate of luck as I have begun to suspect, I will have to kiss my beautiful Taurus goodbye. Please help me!

I don't have the diagrams, but you'll probably will just have to pay the 25 bucks to helm for a manual. You can also go to the Ford Dealership and request copies of the diagrams you need. I did this when I was figuring out my wiring for replacing a 1988 Ranger ECU with a 1990 Ranger ECU with MAF.
