Start Sticking

everytime I start my 2G GSX, the starter sticks. It makes a sound after it starts out and It is soo annoying. Every once and awhile it wont but it usually does. Its modded some-what so should I buy a stock Starter? or should I find a high performance one... If so, where do they sell High performance ones.

Also, I thought maybe I should just have it rebuilt. Let me know if you had this problem 2 or if you know the best fixer-upper.

Re: Start Sticking

your starter is slipping and eventually wont have contact and u'll be uable to start your car, get it re-built, shouldt cost you more than $100

Re: Start Sticking

BTW, even if there is a performance starter, it wouldnt do nething, all this thing does is convert electricity to crank your motor, after that it is not used by engine no more
