Yes, I am a proud owner of a z also. When I purchased the car about a month and a half ago it was doing this exact thing. I replaced the plugs and the plug boots, and now it runs just fine. I would first check you plugs and go from there.

Re: stumbling or missing at low rpm

Clean your IAC valve. Remove it and clean with carb cleaner and a tooth brush. Then clean then the hole where it mounts. Try not to move the pintle in or out. Reinstall. Be careful on the first test drive as the idle may be high if the pintle was moved. Good Luck.

Re: stumbling or missing at low rpm

If it helpped at all you are in the right area. You may want to re-clean. Something in there may have broke loose and be plugging it up.
