Remote Module Fuse?

I have a 97 blazer. I have tried to program a remote but am unable to enter into programming mode. I have tried holding the lock and cycling the ignition switch and I have tried to jump the DCL 4 & 8 pins. I even took a remote module off another blazer and replaced mine with it. Still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
