Hypertech reprogram? Performance upgrades.
This is my first time to this forum. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a way to reprogram (umarry) a hypertech or superchips programmer. Another possible way of raising the speed limiter w/o a programmer maybe. I am trying to avoid paying $300-400 bucks just to go a little faster. I have a 2000 Silverado and have started to upgrade exhaust and intake, and am now looking to other means of increasing HP and performance. Any help will be appreciated.

If anyone knows about using a laptop instead of programmer, that info would also be appreciated. i.e. software used, cables and other relevant hardware
