isnt this the second thread you have started about the same crack in the turbine? there is another one with the exact same question on page 2 here.

I have never seen a housing crack there. Very odd. I would say its not usuable, but I have no personal experience (havent even heard of it) with that type of crack though. I'd get another one. People trash turbos all the time that arent worth rebuilding and are willing to part with the housings cheap.

I Wouldnt have bothered to asnwer, but the pic was right there. I agree, should have put it in the first thread. MAking another wont get it answered any faster. No biggie though.
