Unhappy rough idle and acceleration

recently my 95 integra seems to have picked up a problem. It idles rough (or low) almost to the point that it stalls. Also, about the same time it began to accelerate rough (especially after shifting gears). Is this due to air intake? dirty fuel injectors? Please help.
