Splash Shield Under Bumper..Where to Buy??

I just noticed this.. After replacing everything at the bodyshop due to the accident, they probably figured i didn't need one, it was wrecked itself-along with the bumper/fender etc. Where can i get one of these, it's the black pebble/splash shield thats under the bumper (front) thats held in place by 4 or 5 of those plastic push-in buttons. If i remember correctly, this has a BIG reason for being there. Protecting the bottom of the engine/components from little road pebbles and such.. I know i should probably complain to them, and say i want one, but thats like me driving to the dentist-and I HATE THE DENTIST..

Yeah. It's important. The 4-5 push things on mine have been scraped off from bottoming out a few times.... Long story. Thing is, if I pull too far into a parking spot with a curb thing, it falls over it, causing my bumper to almost rip off when I back out.. Crazy stuff, man.

I've never worried about not having one and have noticed no ill-effects from it missing.
