Lightbulb Any opinions of these two Exhaust systems?

I am finally getting an exhaust for my 96 non turbo KA24DE 240sx. I am looking for a cat back system with a nice sounding low tone exhaust note without giving up quality. I was wondering if anyone have these on their 240s and if you could offer any opinion on what you think or know about these two.

1) RS-R Ex-Mag Exhaust System

2) GReddy MX Cat Back System

Also does anyone have a web site or link where I could find some sound bytes of some different exhausts on a 240. I have seen plenty for other autos but have not yet seen one for mine. Thanks!

Re: Any opinions of these two Exhaust systems?

sorry for reviving an old thread. i just didn't feel the need to start a new one.

I just wanted some feedback regarding the rs-r exmag exhaust sys. i know there's reviews everywhere about how it's quiet but has anyone driven or riden in a ka24de S13 w/ an exmag? I'm especially concerned about road trips... i hate getting headaches from loud exhaust noises and vibrations.

I actually want it to sound close to stock at idle and city driving... and i only want the exhaust tone at full open throttle (or at least close to).

The reason why i ask for S13 drivers is because the S14 would be more sound-proofed per se compared to the older s13's.

Bottom line... i hate loud cars.. unless it's the engine roaring, not the fart pipe. From all the searching i've done.. it basically comes down to the exmag... feedback would be appreciated. thanks

Re: Any opinions of these two Exhaust systems?

Silencers do quite a bit.

You already have feedback on RS-R.

Re: Any opinions of these two Exhaust systems?

have u felt a rs-r on a ka24de before Nissanfanatic? It's supposedly very close to stock... (passenger compartment feel-wise) but i wanted to know from first-experiences... nobody seems to own one here except for Logik who had the S14 way back then (he left already).
