Need advise

I'm thinking of trading in my '01 330 convertible for a '03 330 X5! The truck is loaded with EVERYTHING. 25K miles, automatic, and warranted for another 2 years with maint. What should I be concerned about?
What are the critical issues with this vehicle?
Thanks in advance,
Stan

electrical problems, the ride sucks compaired to your 3 series. Everyone owns one and it looks like a rav 4. I personally dont care for them but if it floats your boat theres not major problems to worry about with these.

Where do you live? Will you actually drive in snow? Does it have the winter package? I think that it is an all around great vehicle. It is not a sports car. It is a tall, AWD luxury sedan. I love mine and still think the ride is as smooth as my Grand Prix GTP, although it handles worse.. It out accelerates my Tahoe and gets better mileage. And it sure beats walking.
