05 Legacy Tranny Problem

Anyone having problem with their 05 (Automatic) Legacy?

When I hit the accelerator, the engine revs up (to 6K) and the car stands still until the gears engage a second or 3 later.

If I push lightly or heavy on the on the gas, it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I spend alot of time in traffic and it makes it real dangerous to try and change lanes.

Is that something that can be adjusted at the dealership?

Umm... thast definitly not right. Take it to the dealer. Somethigns fucked up, and should be covered in warranty.
