1999 keyless remot programming

[font=times new roman][size=3]i have a 1999 malibu coule anyone tell me if it came standard with a keyless remote and if so how would i program it. I looked in the trunk for the black wire and i didn't see any, could it be located somewhere else?

Don't think it was standard but if you look between the rear speakers in the trunk you'll find the receiver. It's a black box about 5" X 5" that can be pulled down through one of the holes.
