Question Removing door window molding

There's a molding on the outside of the car at the bottom of the window with a rubber lip that "wipes" the window as the window is rolled up and down. I need to replace the molding and note there is only one screw shown on the parts diagram. I remove the screw and the molding doesn't budge. I assume it is clipped to the door frame. Will gentle prying remove it? Or do I have to dissassemble the door?
