Spark Plug Wires and Spark Plugs...

I have been looking at some spark plugs and i have found these Iridium Spark Plugs then i found some Nology SilverStone Spark Plugs the price of each plug is about $6 a piece. I know i can go to like auto zone or Kragen or something and get some for like $1.99 a piece haha. Do spark plugs actually make some noticeable difference?
