here's some pics of my latest project.....i know there not camaro pics but the truck forum is pretty dead so i'll post em here.

It's my 1971 chevy 1/2 ton 2wd. bought this truck 2 years ago and now i'm just about ready to paint her. the engine is a fuel injected 350, 4 bolt main, little over 10:1 compression with a mild street cam. hooker exhaust flowing through flowmasters. 700R4 trans with 3.08 gears in the rearend, soon to be 3.42 possi.

here's some pics the progress, before and after, and i'll try to get some pics after it's painted





















the rims that are going on will be either cragarSS or torque thrustII's. and i'm still trying to decide between hugger orange or viper red for the paint color. i think anyone who's done autobody could probly apreciate the hours i've put in with a welder, sheet metal, hydraulic ram, hammer and dolly, and yes...even a little bondo.

damn dude thats nice... did you make that roll pan or was it already there?? im not too familar with the bed of these trucks the truck looks 10 times better then it did... color wise im thin viper red for some reason even tho i love hugger orange... and the rims i dunno about that one... you have any good shots of the rims?

i hand formed the roll pan and welded it on, since i dont like that aftermarket ones that are available. the console was actually kinda of a spare of the moment thing, i didn't wanna cut holes in my doors to mount speakers, and there's not enough room in the dash to fit 6x9's, so i just made a box.

the dash is still the original hugger orange, but i'm kinda leaning towards viper red myself, then to finish it off i'll put a toneau cover over the bed. i've already lowered the front end 2 inches, and the rear end will be lowered 3 inches.

thats nice. i like the hugger orange, but i do think that the viper red would look mean. also, the roll pan looks really good, i thought it was a market piece...

cause you cant sell a stolen car on ebay, but you can sell a stolen door, light and rim
