Tire squeal...even at lower speeds...
It seems like when I make a turn anymore the tires squeal. The tires look like they are in good shape and the pressure is right, yet everytime I make a turn there it is. This happens on slightly sharper turns than normal and is still there at lower speeds...any ideas?

What kind of tires are they? What PSI are they inflated to?
In turns may be the only time they're loud enough to hear but could be making noise at other times also. I rec you have a friend drive your car right by you while you listen for noises. You also may want to take them to a tire shop and have someone take a look at them, they could be separating. |

Off the top of my head I can't think of the tire name...they are the same exact model tire that came with the Blazer, just newer tires. I have 42 psi in the rear and 35 in the front i believe. Just followed what it said on the door to fill them at.

Re: Tire squeal...even at lower speeds...
If your Blazer never squealled before with the same tire and now it does you may be in need of a front end alignment. Next, you could also have a tie rod, inner or outer going bad, the idler arm or in some cases even a ball joint. However, a ball joint would more than likely give some kind of noise, if you don't have any noises on bumps, probably not.
I would have the steering linkages checked. JMHO, Good Luck! |

32psi DEAD COLD for the front and back will be fine. |
