89 crx Si yellow

Hey ppl wanted to see if this sounded good..I was at mcdonalds eating and seeen a yellow rex si roll up with for sale signs up in the window so when i was leaving he was walking in and i asked him how much on it he told me 1500 i kinda think its a little high but thne again i cant find any Si's..Thats what i wanna build next is a rex i love the wide body kit for them..It has 172k on it.Rust on both sides of the quarters wheel well the right side is kinda bad and the left side isnt bad at all interior looked perfect and i didnt look at the motor but im gonna call him to check it out..He said it was still strong and all but the tranny isnt all that good..Let me know what you all think..He also said he would negotiate the price so im thinking about telling him like 900 cause he is about to move to texas or somthing..

ahh this guy might he seemed very intrested in going down on price my guess would be around 1100 but im going to try 900....I'll throw a bunch of shit at him then when he says no i will say thanks have a good day with hin knowing i have the money i would say he will stop me..lol hopefully

Yeh he should be able to drop it really low if you tell him the trans is messed up.

Thats what i did to get my CRX. have the money in hand, let say you offer him $900 and tell him you can take the car off his hand since your right then and there. Im sure he would let it go, but dont give him over $1000 thas for sure. Good luck with the deal let us know how it turns out.

Yea i think im going to call him on it and see if i can get a test drive and shit i want to look over it good..I wish i hadnt gotten rid of my old rex b18 now i want another one but im not swapping it if i buy it...Ill let you all know later..
