technically they are the same....they are only different because they cosmetically look different....94-96 bumper will fit on a 97-01 and visa versa....they just cosmetically look different

This is kinda true........ If you take the lights and bumper together, it will convert, but you can not use one without the other. 98-01 look much better too. example of 98-01 bumper below..........fISH
