Rear Back Windows
I want to tint the back windows on my 88 4runner. Not the back retracting window and not the ones next to back seats, but the ones inbetween there. The problem is there are these rough black dots on the window. I was wonder if i could tint over the, or what would be a way to remove them. I am not even totally sure if those windows are glass or just some type of plastic. any help would be greatly appreciated.
