question on seatbelt

hey my 91 integra seat belt (driver side) stoped workin how would i check whats wrong with it like is it on the track or motar burt or sumthing thanks.

does the passenger side seatbelt work, if it doesn't then it could just be your seatbelt fuse.

meh... it happens, all I do is close the door with the window open and grab onto the latch and force it all the way closed (like when a passenger is sitting there) then spray wd-40 in the track. open the door and tada it opens all the way up, and when you close the door it should slide closed again. I usually have to repeat this every couple of months or so. its just the track gumming up or something.
