fuse keeps blowing

some body please help my dash board lights ,my tail lights and all my side lights and turn signals won't stay on with out the fuse blowing. i chaged my directional flasher thinking it was that but the fuse 4 my 1970 chevelle that says tail keeps bloowing any ideas all ideas greatly appreciated

Try looking for a short in the wires somewhere
