Re: Cai

same thing, is yours a v6 or v8? dont trust the 30's ones though i think the 70's-80's might actually work better... do you think those pipes will rust or no, cause im not sure, but the pipes rusting is my only worry...

Re: Cai

nothing at all, you can still reuse em like the others, ou can buy the cleaner from rksport.com and i think you have to clean it every 5k or 50k with that cleaner... only concern is if that pipe(tube) that holds it will rust or not cause that would look ugly...

i dont know what the tubes are made out of so im guessing maybe like metal that might rust...? dunno its a guess, cause once i tried a similar exhaust cover on my 00' town car to make it look chrome, and it rusted within 3 months, what a waste it was made in china, forget it, so i threw it away, i dont know if this is the same stuff though

p.s. btw ridge why did you even buy a beetle in the first place, there soooo old, ugly, gay, and slow...

Re: Cai

i saved for the K&N, it was a little more expensive, but my buddy put one of the cheapies on his firebird with a 3.8 and he didnt really even notice a gain.. and i just installed the K&N and you can definately feel it.
